Planning Commission


Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 5:30 p.m. with a work session on the fourth Monday, as needed. Meetings are typically held in the Columbia County Planning and Building Department, located at 114 South 2nd Street, Dayton, Washington 99328. In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, meetings will be held via Zoom when required. Meeting location and login information can be found at the top of the monthly agenda linked below.

Public Hearings

A public hearing to take comments regarding the intent to adopt amendments to the Southeast Washington Coalition Shoreline Master Program will be held on April 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m at Dayton City Hall, located at 111 S. 1st Street, Dayton, WA or via this Zoom link. NOTE: The April 10, 2023 Planning Commission meeting is cancelled due to  a lack of agenda items. Instead, commission members and the public are encouraged to attend the Shoreline Master Program update public hearing via this link:  ZOOM Meeting Link
